This home was built in 1903 as a “Twin Home” for the prominent Wolfenden Family of which Robert Wolfenden & Sons bleaching and dye company was founded.  They were the largest bleaching and dye company in the world during the 1930’s.  We bought the home as a project that could showcase our workmanship and craft as well as facelift one of the beautiful properties in which was left to ruin in our own hometown.  The home is (2) separate condos in which we will sell once complete.  Throughout the rehab, there has not been a stone left unturned. The revitalized home boasts new amenities with modern flow and function all the while keeping the feel and ambiance of a turn of the century victorian beauty.
